THE PROGRAM

Nine controls on every site.

The same controls apply whether the job is a single rooftop or a nationwide program. They are audited, and non-conformities are corrected the same day.

CONTROL 01

Personal protective equipment

Full PPE for the environment: harnesses for height, arc-flash protection for energized work, RF-protective gear near live antennas. Inspected before every shift.

CONTROL 02

Job hazard analysis

Supervisors document a JHA before any work starts. Reviewed with the crew and signed off by the foreman, regardless of project size.

CONTROL 03

Lockout and tagout

Every energy source is isolated, locked and tagged before installation or maintenance begins, preventing accidental energization.

CONTROL 04

Working at heights

Certified to international standards; double-lanyard systems, rescue kits and tower-rated equipment. A rescue plan for every elevated site.

CONTROL 05

RF radiation safety

Calibrated RF meters, carrier-specific clearance procedures, nearby antennas powered down or shielded before work begins.

CONTROL 06

Emergency response

A documented emergency response plan per site: first responders, communication protocols, evacuation routes. All field teams first-aid certified.

CONTROL 07

Environmental responsibility

Strict waste handling for batteries, cables and electronics, certified disposal partners, compliance with local environmental regulations.

CONTROL 08

Continuous training

Toolbox talks, vendor-specific refreshers and annual recertification. New hires complete 40 hours of safety training before any field work.

CONTROL 09

Inspections and audits

Independent audits on all active sites, plus unannounced spot checks by our HSE coordinator. Findings corrected immediately, reviewed weekly.

Anyone on site can stop the work.

Technician, supervisor or visitor: everyone has the right and the responsibility to halt a job if they see an unsafe condition. The policy protects them from any consequence for doing so.
